For nikah venue at Main Prayer Hall –
1) Non Iktikaf Solemnisation Area will be setup by Al-Islah

4) No pelamin at Main Prayer Hall (However, nikah can also be done at Basement Multi Purpose Room for Package B)
5) 15 Chairs
PACKAGE B
For Reception / Dining Area at Basement Carpark -
1) Non Iktikaf Solemnisation Area will be setup by Al-Islah
2) Deco will be setup by your own vendor
1) Foyer Area outside Function Hall
2) Half of Carpark Area (Max 500pax)
3) Setup Tables & Chairs to be provided by Caterer
4) Pelamin is at Multi Purpose Room Basement (Provided by Masjid Al-Islah)
5) Dining area preparation will be a day before booking day from 7pm to 10pm
6) 2 reserved parking slot for Kadi & Wedding Car
Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION OF SOLEMNISATION PACKAGE
If the cancellation is more than 6 months from the event date, the applicant will be given 100% refund of the full amount of the package and minus $50(A) $100(B) from the security deposit
If the cancellation is less than 6 months but more than 3 months from the event date, $50(A) $100(B) of the security deposit is refundable including 50% of the wedding package venue rental.
If the cancellation is less than 3 months from the event date, refund of 30% of the full amount for wedding package venue rental. No security deposit will be refunded
Cancellation made less than 1 month from the event date are non-refundable.
Cancellation can only be made by the Applicant or his/her representative.

SETUP FOR EVENT
The earliest timing is at 9.00am or 1 hour before the commencement of the event.
The mosque allows the “Applicant and/or Caterer” to do set-up one day before the event on a condition the venue is not occupied by the mosque or another client/party.
Setting up the day before event can commence from 7pm to 9pm.
All set-up work must be completed by 9pm.
The set-up duration allowed is 2hours before the day of the event from 7pm onwards.
NO MUSIC is allowed on the event day.
Emcee / Host for the event is allowed at a minimal volume.
Karaoke is not allowed.
Designated area for food and beverage will be allocated for the event.

No “KOMPANG” and/or “Hadra” is allowed to be played within the mosque premises.
No Smoking in the Mosque premises
No footwear in the Mosque area
Decent attire for all guest
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The amount of $100(A) $200(B) from the security deposit is refundable only if
1) There is no damage done on the building facilities,
2) All items are to be cleared including tables and chairs provided by caterer
1) Kindly ensure that the caterer does the buffet line set-up/tear down and clearing of trash within the booking time frame
2) Please arrange with your caterer for buffet tables. We do not provide buffet tables.
3) No on-site cooking.
4) Smoking is prohibited
5) No Washing are allowed
6) Only disposable cutlery are allowed
